山西林区地衣种类及区系地理成分研究

摘要：[目的]为了分析山西林区地衣物种多样性和区系分布；[方法]对山西林区地衣进行汇总、物种多样性分析、区系地理成分分析、和周边区域种属相似度分析；[结果]山西林区地衣共19科（含不完全地衣）33属54种；5种及以上地衣的优势科共有四个，分别是茶渍科、网衣科、胶衣科、梅衣科，优势科占总科数的21.05% ，其中梅衣科的地衣种数最多，占全部地衣种数的18.52% ， 占优势科种数的37.02%；地衣生境有16种岩面生，27种树生，11种为土壤（或苔藓）生。在山西两个以上区域出现的地衣有：盘形黑瘤衣石生变种(Buellia disciformis)、喇叭粉石蕊(Cladonia chlorophaea)、梅衣(Parmelia tinctorum)、莠梅衣 (Parmelia ruderata)、石梅衣(Parmelia saxatilis)、黄烛衣(Candelaria concolor)、灰石耳(Umbilicaria cinerascens)、蓝绿癞屑衣(Lepraria aeruginosa)、灰白癞屑衣(Lepraria incana);山西林区地衣区系地理成分中，温带成分占42.6% 。山西与陕西地衣共有种为20种，种相似系数为37%，山西与山东地衣共有种为14种，种相似系数为25.9% ；山西林区地衣和周边区域地衣相比，山西林区地衣科属种的丰富度综合系数为0.0712。 [结论]地衣丰富度处于中等水平，山西还有许多区域尚未进行地衣物种调查，有待于更多地衣学者进行考查研究，为山西林区地衣资源的研究、利用和保护提供更多的理论依据。

Study on the lichen species diversity and floristic geographical composition in Shanxi province forest area ，China

Abstract：[Objective]In order to analyze the species diversity and geographical distribution of lichen in Shanxi province forest area ; [Method] Species of lichen are summarized, diversity analysis, geographical distribution analysis of lichen in Shanxi province forest area, and similarity analysis of species in surrounding areas; [Results] Lichen in Shanxi province forest area were divided into 19 families (including incomplete lichen), 33 genera and 54 species; There are four dominant families (contained 5 species or more lichen), it is the Lecanoraceae, Lecideaceae, Collemataceae and Parmeliaceae, the dominant families is 21.05% of the total number of families. Among them, the number of lichen of the genus Mesquite is the highest, accounting for 18.52% of the total number , It is 37.02% of the species dominant families. There are 16 species on stone ,27 species on tree ,11 species on soil. Lichens are found in more than two areas of Shanxi ,it is Buellia disciformi、Cladonia chlorophaea、Parmelia tinctorum、Parmelia ruderata、Parmelia saxatilis、Candelaria concolor、Umbilicaria cinerascens、Lepraria aeruginosa、Lepraria incana. Among the geographical components of the Shanxi Lichen district, the temperate components accounted for 42.6%, and other geographical components were relatively small; Shanxi lichen were more common with Shaanxi and Shandong, and the species similarity coefficients were 37% and 25.9%, respectively; [Conclusion] Compared with the lichen in the surrounding area, the integrative coefficient of richness is 0.0712, the species and diversity of the lichen are at a medium level, and there are a part of areas in Shanxi  that have not yet been investigated for lichen species,Waiting for more lichen scholars to conducting research ,in order to provides more theoretical basis for utilization and protection of Shanxi lichen resources.

地衣是真菌与藻类稳定而又互利共生的有机联合体^[1]。全世界迄今已知的地衣物种约2万余种，我国目前已知的地衣型真菌约为240余属2000多种，占估计种数的6%～9%，占全世界已报道的地衣型真菌总数的13%^[2]。地衣体内含有多种独特的代谢产物，这些代谢产物在药用、食用、日化香料、染料试剂等方面具有广泛的用途^[3]，在国外，不仅是日常领域，在文物保护方面开展了地衣对历史遗迹的生物降解研究。随着研究的深入，地衣应用领域在不断扩展，在矿物标志、冰川测年、考古测年、大气污染监测等方面承担重要角色^[4]。目前，关于山西区域地衣资源的研究文章较少，主要有以下一些研究，谢树莲等发表的《山西地衣植物初报》^[5]共报道地衣31种,隶属于14科17属，刘晓玲和谢树莲发表的《关帝山地衣初报》^[6]共报道地衣16种,隶属于10科12属；李博等《历山自然保护区地衣初步研究》报道有8科12属19种^[7]，李博在《汾河源头地衣区系组成和分布特点研究》鉴定有16科24属34种地衣^[8]，李博等《管涔山林区地衣研究》共发现14科25属34种^[9]；迟璐等《山西中部7种地衣的解剖结构及化学性质》^[10]，迟璐等发现晋西地区有10种地衣^[11]；这些研究多是集中对某一区域地衣种类展开研究，宏观上没有对现有山西林区地衣种类资源进行整体研究，这对了解山西林区地衣资源有一定的不足。为此，在现有文献资料的基础上，进行了山西林区地衣种类的总结和有关分析，同时与山西周边省份的地衣资源相比较，探讨山西林区地衣资源种类与分布特征，进行地衣物种多样性的研究，为深入开展山西林区地衣研究奠定基础。

1材料与方法

1.1数据来源

山西林区地衣种类的数据来源于文献公开发表的采自山西的地衣为材料，主要有以下一些资料：李博等报道的地衣34种；迟璐报道的地衣10种；谢树莲等发表的地衣31种；刘晓玲等报道的地衣16种。

山西周边省份的地衣资料来源于刘金梅的《河北驼梁山区地衣区系的初步研究》^[12]， 孙立彦，刘振亮，赵遵田等的《内蒙古自治区赛罕乌拉国家自然保护区地衣的区系研究》^[13]， 李颖的《山东地衣研究》^[14]， 黄艳华的《太白山地衣》^[15]，高佳琪，郭强，苏熙涵等的《北京东灵山小龙门地区主要岩生地衣调查初报》^[16]等。

1.2方法

1.2.1对文献中记载的山西林区地衣种类、生境类别、采集发现地进行总结，并确定优势科、属、种数及占比算。参考植物区系地理^[17]划分原则并结合山西地理气候环境等对山西林区地衣的地理区系成分进行划分。

1.2.2通过山西与内蒙、河北、陕西等周边区域地衣的共有属种占山西林区地衣的比例，计算出山西与周边区域地衣的属种相似系数^[12]。

相似系数=（其它区与山西共有种数/山西地区地衣总种）×100%

1.2.3采用左家哺^[19]综合系数法公式，分别计算山西与周边区域地衣种、属、科的丰富度系数及它们的丰富度综合系数。

式中表示K 个地区中第i个地区m个分类单元中的第K个分类单位数据，表示n个地区中m个分类单位中第K个分类单位的数据的平均值，其数值越大，表示该地区区系物种越丰富。

2结果与分析

2.1山西林区地衣种类

山西省的地衣目前共有19科33属54种（见表1）。含属最多的科是茶渍科和梅衣科，其中，渍科有4属，分别是赤星衣属（Haematomma）,黄茶渍属（Candelariella）,茶渍属（Lecanora）,网衣属（Lecidella）；梅衣科有4属，分别是梅衣属（Parmelia Ach.），灰梅属（Canoparmelia ElixHale.），黄梅衣属（Xanthoparmelia），黄烛衣属（Candelaria）。地衣种数5种以上的科依次是梅衣科、茶渍科、胶衣科、网衣科，种数4种的地衣是石蕊科和不完全地衣，而其他科地衣在3种以下。
